Gift Aid
The Gift Aid scheme allows us to reclaim the tax on all donations made to us by UK taxpayers (which is really handy for us!).
All you have to do is select the "I am a UK taxpayer" option when you donate online with JustGiving, or download and fill out a Gift Aid form and send it in with your donation.

You'll need:
- A Direct Debit form for regular donations - Download PDF
- Or a cheque made payable to 'Haiti Hospital Appeal'
- A Gift Aid form, if you are a UK taxpayer - Download PDF
- And a postage stamp.
